There’s a difference between someone who’s eaten a lot of Chinese food and someone who’s actually studied it in depth. @stcavish is the latter. We first got to know Chris through the first season of his YouTube series, and his work has always been a huge inspiration to us.

So when we knew that we had Shanghai trip coming up, we reached out to Chris & explored food in the city together. In this video, we interviewed and picked his brain on regional Chinese cuisine, and of course, we couldn’t let him leave without his Shanghai must-eats. His knowledge on this stuff runs deep, and it shows.
