I’m looking for a professional space to rent on a ad-hoc basis at weekends until I can go full time for my new Vitality Lifestyle Consultancy.

I’ve recently qualified as a Vitality Lifestyle Consultant, offering vitality-based health screening, followed by personalised lifestyle programmes to support wellbeing and vitality.

I’ve trained in the Evolving Vitality Method, developed by John Ogden, with over 30 years’ experience and more than 9,000 people supported.

📍 I’m looking around Durham, Peterlee, Sunderland, Newcastle, Stockton and surrounding areas.

I may already have a potential space in Consett, but I’m keen to find another location so I can make the service accessible to different communities across the North East rather than being limited to one area.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private, professional room with:
• A desk/table and chairs
• Toilet facilities
• A suitable environment for client consultations
• Ad hoc/weekend availability rather than a permanent room
