Part 1 of 3 🧿 Awakening & Year of the Snake

Welcome to my page, here’s a little about me. In 2018 my world shifted in a way that set everything in motion. A relationship that caused emotional & physical trauma became the catalyst for deep transformation. What began as a spiritual awakening became the start of a dark night of the soul & a journey of self discovery & healing.

At first, I focused on getting my life back, learning about who I was on a surface level, clearing my channel physically & emotionally. I stopped drinking, changed my lifestyle & removed people who were negatively impacting nervous system.

Things went deeper as I woke up to the conditioning and manipulation in the world, what we accept as “normal” realising how disconnected I become from myself, my body & life.

That awareness led me to Kundalini our own Shakti energy, the creative intelligent life force that moves through us all. What started as curiosity became devotion to deep inner work & meeting my shadows.

Then came 2025, Year of the Snake, everything that wasn’t aligned began to fall away. I was stuck in a similar situation again, a shell of myself, disconnected from my truth, enduring things emotionally that no one should, feeling trapped & unable to see a way out, but Shakti doesn’t mess with illusions, she reveals what can no longer stay. Like a snake shedding its skin, the false layers built from conditioning and survival stripped away. What should have broken me became my medicine.

The unravelling of this exposed trauma, survival patterns, triggers & wounds I hadn’t realised were running my life & repeating lessons. It wasn’t glamorous, I never resonated with the “love & light” side of the spiritual community,it felt like a distraction from confronting ourselves & integrating parts we’re taught to shame. Layer by layer, I began meeting the parts of myself I had abandoned, masked & silenced to survive.

Through Shakti energy transmissions, shadow work, nervous system regulation & theta healing, I rebuilt myself slowly. The transformation was profound & changed the direction of my life. I’ll share more about what came next in Part 2. by @jayceedee__

Part 2 of 3 🐍 Shakti Flow

I’ve experienced the transformative power of Shakti and the way it can shift stored energy, trapped emotions and break old patterns. That’s why I trained as a facilitator, bringing a nervous system led approach to safely guide your own inner energy.

I know what it feels like when our system is overstimulated, dysregulated or holding trauma and how important it is to move through experiences by grounding into the body. Shakti can unlock stored patterns and shift stagnant energy when held safely as an embodied shift rather than overwhelm.

This journey isn’t about bypassing pain, it’s about integrating it and transforming challenges into growth, remembering who we are, our soul’s path and coming home to the body safely.

Healing isn’t just in the mind or energetic, the body matters too. Unprocessed trauma or a dysregulated system can impact us in many ways. Thats why this work is important, we talk about our problems but what actually shifts physically and energetically?

Years of clearing my own channel and working responsibly with my own energy taught me how to alchemise pain, release stored emotion and regulate my nervous system quickly without weeks of feeling down

Through this practice, work on my own energy field and sacred initiations, I’m able to hold a high frequency container that allows your energy to rise and move through you. This work meets your system gently and moves only at the pace your body can safely handle, your system leads the process at all times. You are working with your own life force energy that already exists within you, coiled at the base of the spine

I don’t “give” or “take” energy, your own Shakti flows intelligently, revealing only what you can handle and integrate. It will never push past what your body can safely manage and your body naturally knows what it needs

I also draw guidance from the Akashic Records, a spiritual archive revealing patterns, lessons and root causes, helping to make sense of your experiences, while working with shamanic tools to help release blocked energy, guided by ancestors and spirit guides, gently facilitating your inner awakening powered by Shakti and guided by wisdom. by @jayceedee__

Part 3 of 3 🌹Emotional Regulation, Triggers & Accessing our own Power

This work isn’t about becoming perfect, none of us are. It’s about emotional and nervous system regulation and awakening our own Shakti energy to guide us toward what needs to transform.

It’s about noticing triggers sooner, catching old patterns faster and shortening the gap between reaction and awareness.

This not only improves our quality of life but also positively impacts the loved ones around us, helping break ancestral and generational patterns without even realising it.

It’s understanding that our story is not our identity, no matter what we’ve been through.

In the spiritual community, saying we are “healing” can imply we are broken, but we’re not. Healing doesn’t mean fixing something that’s “wrong.” We are whole, here to remember, realign and reclaim the parts of ourselves that society or circumstance has conditioned us to suppress.

We live in a world that dismisses this inner work as “woo woo” or “abnormal” as it challenges the norms and empowers us to unlearn negative patterns and discover our true selves.

This work doesn’t bypass pain. It’s about seeing our part in patterns without shame, recognising generational trauma, unconscious cycles and from there, choosing differently… from awareness rather than reaction.

When we regulate our nervous systems and release stored emotions, we stop living from survival and begin living from sovereignty, stepping fully into our power. That is the work 🙏🏽

🌿 HOW WELL DO YOU REALLY KNOW YOUR BODY?🌿

We often think about our health when something starts to feel wrong, but what if we became curious about our bodies before we reached that point?

How are we functioning day to day? What could we be doing to support our long term health and become the healthiest version of ourselves?

Our Lifestyle & Fitness Vitality Screening takes a much broader look at your current health and wellbeing, bringing together a range of measurements and indicators in one appointment to help build a bigger picture of what may be going on within the body.

🩸 Blood markers, from a simple finger prick test, including blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides and uric acid, which are considered together as part of assessing metabolic health and insulin resistance risk.

❤️ Heart & circulation, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation and a 6-lead ECG reading.

🫁 Lung function, looking at peak flow lung capacity alongside oxygen levels.

⚖️ Body composition, looking beyond weight alone at measurements that can give us a better understanding of body composition and metabolic age.

🧠 Stress & nervous system response, exploring how the body’s autonomic nervous system is responding and the balance between our “rest and digest” and “fight or flight” responses.

💧 Urine, hydration & digestive indicators, looking at a range of additional wellbeing markers that can help us explore the bigger picture.

Rather than looking at one result in isolation, the Evolving Vitality System is about bringing information together, looking for patterns and helping you better understand your own body.

This isn’t about diagnosing disease or replacing your healthcare professionals. It’s about education, awareness and becoming more proactive with your health.

You don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to start paying attention to your body.

🌿Welcome To Holistic Herbal Alchemy🌿

I’m Jaimie, founder of Holistic Herbal Alchemy, a qualified Lifestyle Vitality Consultant and clinical herbal medicine student.

My journey into herbal medicine started with an interest in the connection between plants, our bodies, how we live and a realisation that we’ve become disconnected from the traditional knowledge of herbal medicine.

Alongside my degree, my main focus is Vitality-based wellbeing screening and personalised lifestyle programmes, helping you gain a clearer picture of your current wellbeing, lifestyle patterns and key health markers.

I’m trained in the Evolving Vitality Method, developed by John Ogden in Harrogate, drawing on over 30 years of experience and more than 9,000 client case studies.

Through my clinical herbal medicine studies, I’m developing my knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, nutrition and herbal therapeutics, with the aim of bringing this knowledge into my practice as my training develops.

I also have a personal interest in nervous system regulation and energy work, including exploring our connection to our own internal Shakti energy and the relationship between physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

For me, it’s about looking at the bigger picture, helping you better understand your body, lifestyle and vitality, and empowering you to take ownership of your own wellbeing journey.

This is only the beginning of Holistic Herbal Alchemy, and I’m so excited for what’s to come 🌿 by @jayceedee__

Was blessed to catch up with my beautiful soul brother Ruben and receive this amazing blessing 🙏🏾 A year ago we were birthing drums, so to see him again was beautiful. Thank you @origin_te_yonton 🪶 by @jayceedee__

Karmic endings, then divine union. Let go of what your soul has already learned, because what’s next is closer than you think.

You’ve been showing who we’ve outgrown, now the month turns toward conscious love, where union comes from inner harmony rather than the longing to be completed.

Release what your soul has already understood 🖤
