Routes In

Olá #Lisbon peeps! We’ve got sweet news: we're looking for you! 👀🇵🇹

We're building a local volunteer team who'll bring our mission to life in the capital of Portugal!

Routes In exists to redistribute opportunity in the creative industries, opening doors for young talent through mentorship, connection, and community, wherever the gap between talent and opportunity is widest.

We're on the lookout for facilitators, community builders, programme coordinators, and all round brilliant humans who care about impact and equity. ‼️ Volunteering with us means a dynamic environment where you'll network with the creative community, cooperate with industry leaders and partners, and pick up real professional experience while supporting young talent on their route and development.

Whether you're a seasoned organiser or a creative with a big 💙 and great energy, if you're up for some purposeful work, we want to talk to you!
