2 months ago@melanieuteg I'm not only into baseball, but I'm also into others such as basketball (I love the 1986 movie Hoosiers), ice hockey, soccer, American football and IndyCar racing. NASCAR has been around since 1948. There's been a lot of great drivers like Richard Petty, Fireball Roberts, Jeff & Ward Burton, Terry & Bobby Labonte, Dale Earnhardt, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tim Richmond, Mark Martin, Ron Hornaday Jr., Bobby & Davey Allison, Alan Kulwicki, Rusty Wallace, Dale Jarrett, Bill Elliott, Ricky Rudd, Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Ernie Irvan, Sterling Marlin, A.J. Foyt, Benny Parsons, Cale Yarborough, Buddy Baker, Ryan Newman, Kevin Harvick, Darrell Waltrip, the Bodine brothers and Matt Kenseth. There have been other notable drivers like Ricky Craven, Jerry Nadeau, Steve Park, Jack Sprague, Michael Waltrip, Ken Schrader, Joe Nemechek, Steve Grissom and John Andretti. Both Days of Thunder & Talladega Nights are great movies that feature NASCAR.
2 months agoYou should do children's books on NASCAR such as the Winston Cup era from 1971-2003 where the modern era began in 1972 as Winston Cigarettes and the R.J. Reynolds made a lot of changes to the schedule to the schedule where they cut down of races from 48 to 31, there were no more dirt tracks or ovals of less than 0.500 miles in length (there still have been second-tier races and Truck Series races at those tracks), all races had to be at least 250 miles in length on oval tracks and a weekend-centric schedule with a few exceptions.
