Drake’s relationship with the Grammys has always been a bit... complicated. Despite winning five awards, he’s spent years criticizing the Recording Academy, questioning the Grammys’ significance altogether. Now, Drake has reportedly declined to submit any of his three 2026 albums—‘Iceman,’ ‘Maid of Honour’ and ‘Habibti’—for consideration at the 2027 Grammys, seemingly following through on a promise he made on “Make Them Know.” From accepting Grammys while criticizing them onstage to withdrawing nominations and now reportedly sitting out altogether, we’re looking back at Drake’s history with the Recording Academy. @mayajama: ‘I’m in my villain era now’ Having stolen the limelight on Love Island, Maya Jama has now entered her ‘villain era’ on The Celebrity Traitors. But Britain’s most in-demand presenter is following her own script As a star of the new season of Celebrity Traitors, and fresh from an acting debut in Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen, Jama is perched on the edge of a new tier of the celebrity stratosphere. She remains tight-lipped about her time in the castle, but her eyes twinkle. Now it’s clear why. In the first episode of the hit BBC series, which aired last Thursday, Jama is one of Claudia Winkleman’s chosen ones, tapped on the shoulder at the round table and sent to the traitors’ turret. The hooded cape suits her. “I guess I’m in my villain era now,” she tells the camera, beaming. Basia Cummings meets the star away from the turret and finds her to be irrepressibly smiley, sexy force – which gives her real power Read the full interview at the link in bio or in print this Sunday Interview by Basia Cummings Photographer: @brian_daly Fashion Editor: @helenseamons Fashion assistant: @freyyalily Photographer's assistant: @gotagram Hair: @alishadobson at @comanagementagency using @colourwowhair and @cloudninehair Picture editor: @agentortiz Editor: @moshakis Deputy editor: @hannahkeegan
