One of the biggest parts of our maternity leave has come to an end. 😭
I joined Mama Fit when Avery was just 3 months old and, in that time, he’s grown into a little boy and I’ve had Alba. 🥹 You’ll probably be glad to see the back of us after 2 years and 2 months of us! 😂 @_nourishfitness_
Sophie, what you have created is amazing and you should be so proud of yourself! ❤️ Not only has Mama Fit given me the chance to work out each week, but it’s also shown my babies that their mama can look after herself too. It’s given me the chance to meet so many amazing mums who have always been there to offer advice, support and a helping hand, and it’s given my babies the opportunity to meet and make their own little friends too.
I honestly can’t thank you enough for creating a safe space for us for the last two years. It has been a huge part of our maternity leave and we’re going to miss it (and all of you) so much. 😭
We’ll definitely be back for any events and days out you plan, you’re not getting rid of us that easily! 😂
