This doesn’t mean doing more sets at a higher RIR is “wrong” if you prefer it. But most people focus too much on simply counting total sets, and not enough on how those sets are actually executed. Fewer sets pushed very close to the limit can often match or exceed the hypertrophy “volume” of more sets performed further from failure, even if it doesn’t look like nearly as much on paper. P.S. If you want to learn exactly how to put this into action and build your best physique while spending less time in the gym, my complete TrainWise system gives you everything you need. Inside the app you get: - Structured low volume high intensity programs (2-4 days per week, works for beginners to advanced) - Step-by-step progression for consistent strength gains - Simple nutrition targets (no extreme diets or restrictions) - Workout tracking, exercise tutorials, and 150+ recipes all in one place - Adaptable to any equipment (full gym or basic home setup) The same evidence-based system that’s helped thousands of people achieve their goal physique with maximum efficiency. 👉 Comment or DM “PLAN” for more info. #Diddy was transferred from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to FCI Allenwood, a low-security federal prison in Pennsylvania, early Friday morning. The transfer follows a reported medical emergency last Saturday, when Diddy was transported by ambulance for treatment after allegedly suffering a head injury during an altercation at Fort Dix. The move also comes amid reports of multiple disciplinary violations involving unauthorized phone use and contraband. Diddy has reportedly lost 41 days of good-time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges as a result. While his security classification remains unchanged, the transfer could provide increased supervision and help address safety concerns.
Life if SL was TP If we haven’t met yet🫡hey, I’m Nick, the trader behind CallistoFx 👋 I’ve spent the last seven years trading XAUUSD, studying price action, refining my execution, and learning the lessons the market usually teaches the expensive way. Today, I trade live every day in front of more than 6,000 people. And no,trading isn’t about gambling, chasing random signals, or pretending every setup is perfect. It’s about building a process you can repeat: Understanding market direction Waiting for high-quality setups Managing risk properly Controlling your emotions Reviewing your mistakes I share: Daily live market breakdowns Key XAUUSD levels and analysis Trading psychology education Lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content Simple lessons you can apply to your own trading This is not a shortcut, and it is definitely not easy money. Trading takes patience, discipline, consistency, and a willingness to keep learning, even after a losing day. But with the right framework, it becomes far less confusing. 🎯Everything you need is in my bio, free access to my daily breakdowns, analysis, psychology lessons, and live trading content.
