While I know exactly where we need to improve in order to keep moving toward my best physique, I’m beyond proud of what I presented on the Olympia stage today. And I believe the smile I had on my face in every pose and transition says it all 🥹❤️‍🔥

I simply feel good up there.

I can’t wait to start my improvement season. I’m genuinely excited for what comes next with my team.

I was in the third callout, out of five, at what was probably the most competitive Wellness Olympia ever. So yes, I feel proud to be one of the 24 best Wellness athletes in the world. For me, that means a lot.

That being said… let’s improve 😍

I’m extremely excited to start my next prep in my own gym, with the best equipment in the world, and with the best posing room I could possibly ask for. I’m building my dream environment to help me perform at my absolute best 🥹❣️

Proud is an understatement. 🐦‍🔥✨

Прощание с Аяпбергеном Сержаном

Сегодня мы провожаем в последний путь молодого солдата Аяпбергена Сержана, который отдал свою жизнь во время исполнения воинского долга.

Сержан погиб в море, оставив после себя безутешную боль в сердцах родителей, родных и близких.

Невозможно подобрать слова, которые смогут облегчить эту тяжелую утрату. Светлая память о Сержане навсегда останется в сердцах тех, кто его знал и любил.

Выражаем искренние соболезнования родным и близким погибшего. Пусть Всевышний дарует им силы пережить эту тяжелую потерю.

Пусть душа Сержана обретёт вечный покой.
