Lately, I’ve realized that I’ve been shopping to fill a void. I think I’ve been using it to distract myself from things I haven’t fully processed. I’ve been distant and haven’t been answering calls or texts from friends and family. Honestly, I’ve just wanted to be alone. I don’t really know what’s going on with me, but I knew I needed to unplug and spend some time figuring it out. Sometimes, staying busy is easier than sitting with your feelings. Just being transparent with y’all. I’m about to go pick up Psalm. I’ll see y’all later so we can unpack.🤍
