🔥 THROWBACK TO 2010 — UGLY MAC BEER SCRATCH IN PARIS! 🔥

Taking it back to 2010 with the iconic @uglymacbeer video, featuring one of the pioneers of portablism worldwide! 💪🏼

Back in the day, there were no Bluetooth speakers or plug-and-play setups… Just pure DIY ingenuity: a car battery, a transformer, a powered speaker, and the legendary Vestax QFO. Raw creativity, a homemade setup, and straight-up scratch madness! 💥

And of course, those killer scratches on “Just For Your Hand 2”, the vinyl released specifically for this video. 🔊💿
So, would you be down for a vinyl repress of this classic on the @beatsqueeze_records label? 👀🔥

📺 The full original video is still available on YouTube! What you’re watching here is a shorter, freshly edited version of this classic, brought up to date for a new generation.

🎬 Directed, filmed, and edited by @seamus_hal

Oh my goodness, thank you so much Chicago. Thank you all for every kind message, every cheer out there, and for carrying me all the way to the finish.

Thank you Andrew for making sure I was prepared and confident and leaving the marathon more excited than I was before.

Thank you @calebjkerr for doing literally all of the thinking for 20 miles. I know we anticipated being able to work in more of a pack so doing all of the thinking and all of the work… I know that’s not easy and you made it look effortless.

Thank you to all of my family and Matthew who made the journey. Matthew was the loudest individual out there, and I’m not sure anyone else’s family managed to get an entire bridge worth of people chanting.

Thank you to the entire @chimarathon and all of the volunteers! Because of you all’s hard work, I’m able to chase my dreams! Looking out over the start/finish area while I was eating breakfast and seeing hundreds of volunteers heading out was so inspiring, and I’m so grateful.

I came away feeling both thrilled and hungry to come back and see what more is there. But if the marathon is about who had the most fun… I think I won.🤭
