WEEKLY ROUNDUP 🏁🔧

Another busy week last at Kolatech, with plenty going on both in the workshop and on track! Here are some highlights.

🔹 Audi S3 — this one had a busy visit to us. We fitted KW adjustable lowering springs, fitted all the bump-stops and the kit, if you know these old DCC cars you’ll know you have to depin the whole damper look on the rear! We then set all the ride heights and finished with a full fast-road alignment using our digital alignment system.

The same car also had four brand new direct injectors as a preventative maintenance item, all fitted to OEM manufacturer specifications. The end result is looking absolutely mega! Hopefully no surprises when we start pushing the power now.

🔹 Very low Audi S3 — front & rear adjustable drop links fitted, along with braided brake lines, a full brake fluid flush with racing fluid and some a genuine arch liner. We then carried out a proper fast-road setup using the digital alignment system. Another one leaving us looking and driving spot on.

🔹 VW Caddy — clutch and flywheel replacement carried out. (We don’t really do vans but, an existing customer who is awesome, so we made an exception!)

🏁 British GT — Final Round

Away from the workshop, we headed off for the final round of British GT with Toro Verde and their Ginetta GT4 race car.

A really successful weekend to finish off the season! Always a pleasure being trackside and getting stuck into the race car! We don’t really do it as much anymore.
