Yes on keto now both myself and hubby and it has helped tummy issues hugely plus the weight loss which is great this is for health reasons but I’m sure we shall stay on a variation of keto for the foreseeable please check out sugar free Londoner for fabulous recipes the chocolate cake is delicious 😋♥️✌️

i didn't have c sections but have had 3 huge babies and since then i have had stomach issues, i always presumed it was from all the stretching and pushing things upward to create room for baby 🤷.. thanks tor this though i am going to have a look at Keto !

Cake! I had to drive eons to get a slice, only to turn back because that 3cm by 3cm "slice" as they put it, cost a whopping 8 dollars, because it was keto.
