Do yourself and the world a favor...
Hug more trees & stop cutting them down!!!!!
They are better alive!
They provide habitat for critters, they provide air & so much sustenance for our biosphere!
Including climate control!
Specially these ancient redwood trees and all the other ancient flora and fauna of the planet!!!!
They have existed through hundreds of generations...
Through evolutionary phases & have passed the tests of time... with their resilience, came a whole ecosystem of things that learned to thrive with them!
If that is not inspirational enough... IDK what to say other than I'm sorry for your loss of ability to see a species that has existed...
For reference "These trees sprouted during the Late Bronze Age in the Mediterranean, watched the rise and fall of ancient Greece, the height and collapse of the Roman Empire, and the construction of major Mesoamerican civilizations like Teotihuacan."
Some of these Thousand-year-old trees that witnessed most of humanity's recent existence, have been cut down and made into a house that already was torn down to make some modern monstrosity....
Which says a lot for the short-sighted perception of this current plague of humanity's lack of awareness and appreciation for our resources....
The disconnect to our life force is something that needs to be recognized & remedied in these technological times...
Right now, more than ever...
We have to be the bridge of awareness and not allow the current trends of greed to strip away the very foundations of our existence that we all need to survive!
WE NEED BIODIVERCITY!!!
Please for the sake of all life on earth... Respect and appreciate nature!?!?!?

@livingvinefarm Right! And this was not even the biggest one... Going here and being in the presence of these trees is so humbling.... I cried a few times knowing they clear cut trees like these. I often cry for the lives disregarded by greed...
