Sharing this for the style and the reminder to never let background noise move you!! The little man in the back -in his mid 40s- decided to do a little impression of me as we walked past. I found it genuinely amusing. Not offended, not bothered, just entertained that apparently I’d made enough of an impression to warrant one😂 The fact it was a passing performance rather than something he had the confidence to say to my face made it even funnier. Anyway, ladies! Always hold your head high, stay focused and keep moving. There will always be noise. The trick is knowing which noise deserves your attention and which simply doesn’t! Comment SHOP for this kick a** autumnal look x

The bear market is officially over, Bitcoin is headed to $100,000. Tap the link in my bio to build your own autonomous AI trader that buys and sells for you, for a dollar a month. The market flipped. Bitcoin was fighting at a big resistance level, a price that kept pushing it back down, and it broke through. The bull market is on. Look at what coins have done in the last 30 days. Altcoins, the coins other than Bitcoin, track Bitcoin’s price but move by much bigger percentages. There’s a reason I keep making money every cycle. We sold the top about ten days off and sold 80% of my crypto. Then we bought the bottom aggressively. I’ve been almost all in for a couple of months, including Aerodrome Finance, which I talked about publicly. You don’t need a supercycle to make money in crypto. What I’d be scared of is doing nothing with no strategy. Holding and hoping isn’t a plan. It’s glorified gambling. If you haven’t made real money in the last two years, take a hard look at that and build some discipline. It’s never been easier than right now. Follow for the next one.

The individualist life project of Becoming Yourself changed shape with each generation. For Boomers, it ran through consumerism, which Millennials rhetorically rejected on Adbusters grounds. Buying useless crap was a vapid distraction from Becoming Yourself, and experiences were the better path. Because experiences were intangible, they seemed more authentic, safe from commodification and from the petty status contests of conspicuous consumption. But many of those experiences eventually lost their shine too. Traveling the world came to look environmentally wasteful, lavish weddings and gender reveal parties came to look gauche, and posting your meals to Instagram became cheugy. Only one experience kept its reputation for purity of self-expression: sex. Sexuality, especially queer and non-traditional sexuality, owed that reputation to its history as a taboo. The status competition Millennials claimed to have renounced survived and moved to the one arena their critique had declared pure, where competing didn’t look like competing. Because sexuality was understood as innate, flaunting it read as authenticity: people were Born That Way, so the more ostentatious the display, the more a person Became Themselves. This was how plenty of people built their entire personalities around the intimate details of their sexual tastes. Whole careers in academia, entertainment, wellness and art rested on telling anyone who would listen, “THIS IS THE TYPE OF SEX I HAVE!” It was a contest with a simple rule: the further from the norm your desires, the higher your standing. So, sexuality got written into artist statements and parlayed into book deals and tenure files and healing coursework, all by people who insisted sex was the one part of life that couldn’t be bought, sold, or ranked, and that no one would ever wield it competitively the way those embarrassing Boomers did when they kept up with the Joneses. At least Boomers had the self-awareness to admit they were keeping score.
