Some of my friends told my husband he was going to lose me.
To a sect.
This month, the work they were so worried about was selected as Best Paper at an international psychology conference.
I grew up in a city you've probably never heard of. The kind of place where your future is decided for you early. No money. Not much of a voice.
At 19 I moved to London. I didn't know anyone. I barely spoke the language. I cleaned, waited tables, worked shop floors. I did what I had to do.
Years later I opened my own space, and one question took over my life. What actually changes a human being? Not for a weekend. For real.
I went deep into the body, the breath, the nervous system, energy. And not everyone came with me. Friends turned their backs. Some thought I was stupid. Some thought I'd lost my mind.
Here's what those years taught me. You'll often see something before you can prove it. And the question isn't whether other people believe you. It's whether you're willing to keep looking honestly when nobody's clapping.
So I kept studying. Kept practising. Kept watching what actually shifted in people: their nervous system, their emotional and mental state, the way they relate to themselves. That work became PRISM®, my Kundalini activation and breathwork method.
On 14-15 September I presented it at ICPABS 2026, the International Conference on Psychological and Behavioural Sciences. My paper was selected as Best Paper. Thank you to my research team, Maria Varava and Valeriia Makarova, for helping me take every scientific step properly.
The same "crazy" work.
It changed my life. It's changed the lives of the facilitators I've trained and the people who keep coming back to my sessions. That was my evidence long before any certificate.
So I'm proud. Really proud. But the award isn't what made the work valuable. Not stopping did.
What are you still waiting for someone else to believe in?
Maybe you don't need their permission. Maybe you need your own.
If you want to feel the work for yourself, message me PRISM and I'll send you my next sessions and the November facilitator training.
