Remembering my Mama on her second anniversary in heaven. I’ve always believed that those who can fall asleep easily, even in the most awkward and uncomfortable positions, have peace of mind. That’s one of the many ways I can describe my Mama — and that’s also how she left us: she fell asleep, peacefully. Looking back, I have so many fond memories of her. I remember growing up, Mama would always say, “Stand up straight, anak,” whenever she noticed I was slouching. I used to find it a bit irritating, but those words literally made me the tallest among my siblings (hehe) and, figuratively, taught me to hold my head up high despite life’s challenges. Mama would also say, “Gabos kita may pasang krus” (everyone has a cross to carry), referring to the cross Jesus bore. It’s one of the life lessons that taught me to stay grounded and face difficulties with hope and optimism. She would often remind us, “Don’t worry. Thy will be done.” Perhaps this was the reason she was always at peace — she did her best and entrusted the rest to God. Her faith kept her humble, and her kindness was something I admired most. Beyond all the lessons she taught me, Mama will always remain in me. You know why? Because I got her smile. And that smile will always remind me to carry on — and to keep smiling, just like her. Thank you, Mama, for leaving me with so many beautiful memories to cherish forever. I miss you and Papa extra today. I love you both. 🤍

Autumn is my favourite season for skin rejuvenation✨ And this year, I’m taking my skincare routine to the next level!💫 I’m so excited to experience XERF, the innovative Korean radiofrequency skin-tightening treatment, now available at @aestheticsmedical.ch It works to firm the skin and stimulate collagen and elastin for a smoother, tighter, more defined appearance. For an extra glow, I personally combined it with LaseMD Ultra, targeting skin texture, pores and overall complexion — because who doesn’t dream of that fresh, refined baby-skin effect? ✨ The result is a beautiful glow and a treatment combination I’m genuinely loving⭐️ If you’re thinking about giving your skin some extra attention this autumn, this is your sign! ✨
