![Tucker Carlson has made a major and highly controversial claim about a potential escalation involving Iran.
In a lengthy X post published on November 2, 2026, Carlson alleged that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is pressuring US President Donald Trump to authorize a nuclear strike on Iranโs underground Pickaxe Mountain nuclear site. Carlson claimed the facility is protected by roughly 300 feet of granite and argued that conventional weapons could be insufficient to destroy it.
Carlson further claimed that Netanyahu has been lobbying Trump intensely and cited an unnamed source alleging that โBibi calls Trump about it every day.โ He warned that a US nuclear strike could trigger catastrophic regional and global consequences.
However, it is crucial to note that Carlson presented these allegations without publicly verifiable evidence, and neither the White House nor the Israeli government has confirmed that a nuclear strike is under consideration. Trump previously stated that he would not need to use nuclear weapons against Iran.
Disclaimer: This post reports Tucker Carlsonโs allegations and publicly reported developments. Claims regarding Netanyahu personally pressuring Trump for a nuclear strike have not been independently verified or officially confirmed.
