My two favorite parts so far 💊 (4 months in) o I have slowed down a bit and am able find so much enjoyment out of all the beautiful little things. o Stretching has gone to next level. Unless I get hurt, I’m gonna be doing the splits by the end of this year. It’s like the connection with my body has grown in ways I didn’t even know were an option before.
✨❤️OUR BIG ANNOUNCEMENT❤️✨ This summer has been nonstop 100 degree heat waves & that’s made training more challenging - but I’m SO happy to be lining up on Sunday! SO excited I got to my 23th marathon & NordicTrack has been such a huge part of my running journey.❤️ @Nordictrack has been the very best training partner since 2017 — it helped me chase my FASTEST times & now it’s the support I need during my happy & chaotic life as a running mom- always giving me a safe, anytime way to train! My favorite part is I can train here in my home gym- and go anywhere - I can train in so many fun iFIT workouts & also show up raceday ready anywhere in the world! I love the NordicTrack X24 40% incline & 6% decline to simulate NYC’s hills plus all of the @iFIT workouts so that I’m super prepared for raceday. This is truly the best treadmill out there- such a smooth & responsive ride, a 24” screen for the most immersive experience & over 10,000 exciting iFIT workouts to make it so fun to run on - plus you can stream your fave shows on it. You’re gonna love it! ❤️C0DE: TRACKCLUBBABE will get you a big discount!

We appeal to @delhi.police_official to IMMEDIATELY release @abhijeetdipke from his illegal detention. His grandmother has passed away, and his family cannot even inform him of this loss. His whereabouts remain unknown, and even his lawyers cannot reach him. At the very least, let him speak to his family. Have some humanity!
