Saint Lucia, you take my breath away 🥰🇱🇨♥️

As part of our #WellnessCaribbean experience, the @saintluciatourismauthority hosted us on a boat ride to see the world-famous Pitons, and now I overstand exactly why they are sometimes called the eighth wonder of the world 🥹⛰️

We were out on the seas for hours surrounded by so much beauty, joy and connection 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Im always grateful for these moments that remind us that wellness is also about slowing down, and giving ourselves the time and space to enjoy the big and small miracles that life and nature so generously offer us🙏🏾💙🙏🏾

Where else should we go to experience more of Saint Lucia’s beauty?? 🇱🇨✨
