Comment READY and I’ll send you the link to my MLAM Full Body, Core & Pelvic Floor Challenge, where we prioritize FUNCTION first, and that includes nourishing our bodies well! You can ABSOLUTELY see and feel changes in those first few weeks postpartum and while breastfeeding. But we also need to acknowledge that every woman’s journey is different. You can be putting in incredible effort, building strength, improving your body composition, and making progress that the scale simply isn’t reflecting. And that’s why I think we need to stop putting SO much emphasis on postpartum weight loss. Because HOW we approach it matters just as much as the results we’re chasing. There’s a massive difference between nourishing your body to support change and constantly depriving it to force change. We can pursue our goals while still meeting our body’s needs. And sometimes that means progress looks different in different seasons. The goal isn’t just to see results. It’s to build a body that’s well-nourished, strong, and supported for YEARS to come. Comment READY and come join us! This is exactly the approach I strive to teach women inside my programming! 🤍 #motherhood #breastfeeding #postpartum #postpartumfitnessjourney #nursing
