What turns skills and capability into sustained performance and scale?
At the Industry Transformation Conclave 2026–27 – West Region, Mr. Tushar Tandel, Head – Learning & Development, Māyin, led an engaging masterclass on: “Skill to Scale: The Missing Link”
The session brought attention to an important reality — training and skills alone are not enough. Organisations also need the right work environment, leadership, clarity, trust and ownership so that people can apply their capabilities and perform consistently.
As the session captured it: “Skill creates capability. Culture converts capability into performance.”
