Thanks to @liamcareybmx for carrying me on the exercise’s, @joshharrisonfit for the coaching and @eddie.hx1.uk for letting us train at @hx1_fitness 👊🏻

I knew the holidays were going to be hard this year, but when you have kids, you somehow find a way to pull yourself together and keep going. More than anything, I want them to keep having fun and making memories.

Halloween came so fast this year! My best friend @barbiemurdock and I went as Jennifer’s Body, and since @mr_davidthomas didn’t dress up, he was just my little snack. 😂 @london.juliet11 was a Monster Girl, Kota was Tate McRae, and Jay was our little Minecraft boy! Even with the rain, we cruised around in @kellielynn14’s golf cart, laughed, people-watched, and made the best of it. Such a fun night with the kids and one I definitely needed.
