✦ so grateful for this very magical, intense incubator of breath and trust. this weekend was such a vibe.
as a teacher it is so satisfying to watch your students not only grasp the concept but transform it into an art form and energy of their own.
this group had @kowalski.3000 & me with our jaws to the ground, they were immediately so confident and unique in their approach to facilitation and breath.
can’t wait to see where they go next.
