$Your hips are designed to move in so many directions, yet most of us spend our days using only a fraction of that potential. 🤯 When we lose mobility, strength and control, we can start feeling restricted in movements that should feel natural. When I speak about opening your hips, I’m not just talking about stretching them. It’s about building strength through your range of motion, exploring rotation, working the inner thighs, hip flexors and glutes, and bringing freedom back into the way you move. That’s exactly what we’re doing this November inside Flow to Glow. ❤️ A full month of fluid flows, active flexibility, mobility and strength, with a complete programme to guide you. Come move with me.❤️ Link in bio 🔗 . . #yoga #hipsflexibility #yogapractice #health #yogateacher$
