Pregnant in Mexico 🇲🇽🤰🏾 and finding prenatal care in Oaxaca was one of the things I was most nervous about… As an expat navigating prenatal care in a new country, I HIGHLY recommend this facility — whether you’re an expat or a local.
From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for, not rushed. They checked on me, took their time with my ultrasound, and when baby girl refused to cooperate for her pictures 😂, they were literally wiggling and tickling my belly trying to get her to show us her face. There was never that feeling of “okay, next patient.”
They speak Spanish and English, which made communicating so much easier while still giving me the opportunity to learn. They also have Wi-Fi and a coffee bar, and the entire experience felt comfortable and welcoming.
What stood out most was that care came first. They focused on me, my baby, my vitamins and making sure everything was okay before the conversation ever became about payment. And compared with what I’m accustomed to paying for care in the States, the cost was incredibly reasonable.
Service: 10/10. Experience: 10/10. 💜
If you’re pregnant in Oaxaca or looking for OB/GYN care here and have questions about my personal experience, DM me! I’m happy to share. 🫶🏾
