Will Charles Barkley really retire at the end of this NBA season? FOS editor in chief @dannyrobs isn’t buying it.

Nemíním se zdvořile usmívat, když někdo dělá z občanů hlupáky.

imagine a world where you felt safe in every space... what would you do? 💭

for me, the answer is simple... I’d go for a run.

I’d go for a run in the dark after putting my daughter to bed,
without having to think twice about my safety.

I’d run wherever I wanted, whenever I wanted,
I’d turn my music up,
explore new routes,
enjoy the sunset
and never think twice about who might be walking behind me.

but the reality is,
every time I go for a run alone,
a million thoughts and ‘what ifs’ run through my mind…
things my husband has never had to think twice about

and the sad thing is…
these are calculations so many women make
every single day,
often without even realising we’re doing it

on Sunday 25th October, the clocks go back.
the days get darker, the nights get longer,
and for so many women,
the freedom to move through public spaces feels even more restricted.

and whilst we’re constantly told how to keep ourselves safe,
why should the responsibility fall on us in the first place?

over 70% of women in the UK say they’ve experienced sexual harassment in public spaces.

that’s why I’m supporting UN Women UK’s Right to Move campaign,
because creating safer public spaces is a responsibility we ALL share, regardless of gender.

the message is simple:

STOP and offer your help if it’s safe to do so
SUPPORT the person to a place where they feel safe
REPORT the incident if they want you to

because women shouldn’t have to change how they dress, where they go or when they leave the house just to feel safe.
and the freedom to go for a run without fear shouldn’t be something we have to imagine.
what would YOU do if you felt safe in every space?

Cordae and Anderson .Paak don’t miss over J. Cole production.. they’re 5/5 so far 🤧🔥 (swipe)

Songs: 58th Floor, Karma Tax, Summer Drop, RNP, Two Tens - Cordae & Anderson .Paak

Cordae and Anderson .Paak just released their first collaborative album, Heavy Is The Crown featuring 11 songs and production from J. Cole, 9th Wonder, Conductor Williams, Swizz Beatz and more. Cole produced two songs on the project, “58th Floor” and “Karma Tax,” bringing the trio’s collaborations to five.

Their chemistry goes all the way back to 2019 when they released “RNP” on Cordae’s Grammy-nominated debut album The Lost Boy. They reunited for “Two Tens” in 2023 and “Summer Drop” in 2024, with J. Cole handling production on both. Now, 7 years after their first collaboration, they’ve taken it to a full joint album.

“58th Floor” pays homage to The Notorious B.I.G.’s 1994 classic “Warning,” reworking the famous opening where Biggie gets paged early in the morning. The project has plenty of personality outside the music, with the album artwork inspired by the 2008 comedy Step Brothers.
