The view from the top means a whole lot more when you have people beside you who know what it took to get there. Don’t get so caught up in climbing the mountain that you forget the power of who’s climbing with you. The connections. The belief. The people who see something in you before the rest of the world does. Because one day, you’ll look around and realize the richest part was never the view. It was who you got to share the climb with. Build something bigger than yourself. 💫 #changewithmeg #mindsetshift #growthmindset #inspiration #motivation
I was saying this back in 2014. Two years later, I held both belts. There was no perfect run to that night. If you’ve taken a knock, look at it straight. Keep what worked. Change what didn’t. Go again. Back yourself. Do the work.
So honored this project fell into my life——EWF was always the soundtrack but getting to use their story to seed plant folks into metaphysics?? chef’s kiss——we can’t fight the power til we raise our vibration——time to stop living in the “am I?” & own the “I AM!”——yall came for the hits the history & the spectacle……but yall left with somethin different——if you’re voting help us take this baby home for Maurice & Verdine & Fred & Ralph & Phillip & Larry & Al & Johnny & Andrew & every last member of the EWF family extra special shout out to the team who worked overtime to take a vision to the screen 🙏🏾 @twoonefive

How is that?
That girl in the first clip 5 years ago had a MFing MISSION. I took that “before” clip because I wanted to document my journey in becoming the absolute unit that I always wanted to be. I was SO excited to see my future self, because I knew with my whole heart, that I was going to get there, yet I knew it was going to take years and years of hard work. Now here I am, 5, almost 6 years later, and I’ve made it to the other side. And I can confidently say that I have never once regretted a single workout. And I can also confidently say, that time freaking FLIESSS BY. So when are you going to finally commit? Because the time is flying by regardless, so you might as well put in some hours. 😤 . . . . . . . . #gymtransformation #gymprogress #beforeandafter #naturalbodybuilding #buildmuscle
