COZY HORROR OCTOBER DAY 17! #gaming #cozygames #cozyhorror #horror #halloween

My algorithm is filled with pea content!! And I don’t love all the trends— but I love this one! I am feeling like I’ve underestimated this little veggie as an underwhelming side to mashed potatoes in the 90s. I think it deserves its moment.🥰
.
Creamy Chicken Salad with Green Peas

4 cups rotisserie chicken breast (or any cooked chicken breast), finely chopped (520g)
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
12 oz bag frozen peas, cooked according to package directions, then cooled (340g)
⅔ cup green onion, chopped (50g)
¼ cup dill, chopped (10g)
3 Tbsp lemon juice (45g)
1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt (240g)

Combine everything in a large bowl and store in the fridge! Perfect for meal prep. We love this with chips, crackers, or piled onto rice thins or toast!

This was inspired by viral versions of this salad online that usually have some parmesan as well. I didn’t feel like I wanted cheese since it’s already so creamy, but add some to your portion and log it separately if you’d like!

NOTES:
GF/DF: This is naturally gluten-free, but to keep it dairy-free, you’d need to swap out the Greek yogurt for a plant based yogurt. You’d lose about 6g of protein per serving from the yogurt.

I cut my hair extensions out and removed my eyelash extensions myself, I had enough of the time, the appointments, the money, and honestly this sense of trying to keep up with every girl, every beauty trick out there- part of my healing journey has been being more authentic and true to myself. Loving myself and shedding these extra layers I was hiding behind.
But, let’s be honest I still care about my appearance and want to enhance my natural beauty as much as I can, age gracefully, and feel good.
I had to go through the phase of feeling like I had no hair and no lashes for awhile but I got through it- and now both my hair and my lashes are healthier than they have been since I was in my 20’s. This liquid collagen peptide supplements has helped me get there!! What I did the first month was double up- I took double the dosage morning and night, to give me that boost. So I would buy 2 bottles!! After that you can go to one bottle a month.
This one is different from any other collagen out there because it is enhanced with Spermadine, Hyaluronic Acid, MCT Oil, and types 1 & 2 Collagen. The science behind it, efficacy reports, and labs back it all up. I pair it with our Glutathione supplement and believe it’s the fountain of youth!! 💫✨ I’m posting in my stories all about it, I’ll continue to share my hair growth and skin journey with you so follow along and ask any questions below!! I’ll send you a link directly or make you a cart if you’d like just leave a comment!! Otherwise click the link to shop!! I’ll link in my bio also!! 🫶 I’ll help you get the hair, weight loss, and skin you want by Christmas!!!! 😘
