BAY LEAF + STICKY APPLE CARAMEL CRUMBLE CAKE.
This is the cake I brought last year’s @produceparties Apple themed party!
It’s an apple cider chiffon cake soaked in cinnamon sugar milk, layered with a nutmeg cream cheese whip, sticky cinnamon apple compote, a homemade apple caramel and buttery cinnamon bay leaf nutmeg crumbles. Apple and brown butter are best friends so naturally had to go with a cream cheese, brown butter frosting! The cake is fluffy and light with pockets of jammy apples, crunch buttery crumble and a light fluffy, tangy cream cheese whip.

Your favor combos always sound so good! I personally believe that bay leaves really do have legit flavor so this is speaking to me
