Happy Halloween 👻 🎃 now say it back

A century ago, Halloween costumes were handmade, eerie, and often downright unsettling—far from the polished, store-bought outfits we see today! 😳

Most were crafted at home using whatever materials were available, from old sheets, worn-out clothes, and flour sacks to scraps of fabric, burlap, and repurposed household items. Masks were fashioned from paper, papier-mâché, or crude homemade materials, then painted with grotesque faces, dark eye sockets, and exaggerated features. Tattered garments, makeshift capes, and smudged makeup completed the look, transforming ordinary people into haunting figures of ghosts, witches, skeletons, and other creatures of the night.

With their rough textures, eerie expressions, and unsettling simplicity, these early 20th-century costumes captured a darker side of Halloween—creating an atmosphere that feels more like a vintage horror film than the festive celebration we know today!

Stimulus over loading , it has to always be creating the perfect stimulus and then simply lifting whatever you can and then over time that loading will progress as your muscles adapt and get bigger!
