What will it be? The pain of growth or the comfort of familiar pain and predictability? (˵ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°˵)

When you control the controllables, your self development is in your hands. We all have regrets, wish we planted some seeds sooner, or have bouts of confusion on what path to follow in life. What matters is to not idle too long in areas that are not allowing your fulfillment. Take action. You have more power than you think 😸

I’m lowkey in my yoga era as I’ve been needing to focus on recovery more. Imma start going within the next few weeks and incorporating it so that I can make stretching/active rest a more intentional part of my programming in a way I’ll look forward to. Yippee

3rd OVERALL and 1st AG at an Ironman event!!!!! What the HELLLLL! The most perfectly brutal day 🌧🌩🌬☀️ Full race debrief coming this week because there is a lot to unpack! But for now, I'm going to sit and be proud of this one because it's going to take a while to sink in.

Younger Laura who got into triathlon back in 2017 would never believe just how far we've come 🥹🩵
