@fabmorvan knows exactly how it feels to live in constant fear of being exposed.

In 1990, Fab Morvan and Rob Pilatus of Milli Vanilli were revealed to have never sung on any of their records.

Their biggest fear had come true, and they responded by facing a room of hostile reporters and announcing they’d give back their Best New Artist Grammy.

It remains the only Grammy ever revoked.

So, where do you go from there?

Micah Parsons calls out Jayden Daniels:

“Jayden Daniels probably cost my man Dan Quinn his job. And, I’m a big Jayden Daniels fan. ... Respectfully, we get coached so much on these situations. I’m a defensive player, and this sh*t is programmed to me.” 😳🍿

1 whole year of us! Forever to go. I’m the luckiest girl in the world. I LOVE YOU so much ♥️♥️

If you had to cut your supplement stack in half tomorrow, what would actually make the cut?

The first 50% should be pretty boring. Protein if you need help hitting your intake, creatine, magnesium, omega-3s, vitamin D when needed, and electrolytes when your training, sweat loss, or diet calls for them. Cover the basics before chasing the edge cases.

Performance supplements come next, once there's an actual job to do, whether that's focus, training output, stress, sleep, or recovery. CoQ10, theanine, rhodiola, glycine, and tart cherry can all have a place when they match the goal.

Once you get into NAC, lion's mane, citrulline, spermidine, NMN, or peptides, the bar should get higher. Good human evidence, a dose that matches what was actually studied, and a way to tell if it's doing anything for you.

The advanced 5% is where people spend a ridiculous amount of money while ignoring the 50% that deserves most of their attention.

You don't need the biggest stack. You need one where every supplement has earned its spot.

If you want to know what actually deserves a spot in your stack, I put together a guide to reading supplement labels, checking doses and forms, spotting proprietary blends, and evaluating quality.

Comment “Label Check” and I’ll send it to you!
