Senior Elizabeth Welch presented her Capstone in Chemistry titled “Natural Color Conversion in Carbonated Soft Drinks” today. It appears she had a lot of success making colorful drinks look good, but maybe not quite as much success in making them taste great?!? Congratulations Liz! 👏👏
