The stiff leg deadlift is the absolute king of erector thickness as it combines max loading with no leg drive , but body positioning also allows for pull to really focus on erectors vs an rdl which will see more glute and adductor ( and ham ) get loaded . In order of pulls if you want the thickest back possible S tier - stiff leg deadlift A tier - any Rdl variation B tier - any conventional barbell deadlift C tier - trap bar deadlifts D tier - rack pulls What’s your S tier ? This Halloween we go dressed up as ”terrorists”. Earlier today in London, hundreds of people were arrested sitting peacefully outside the US embassy to protest against the genocide in Gaza and the proscription of Palestine Action. This brings the total number of arrests under the Terrorism Act in the UK for defying the ban on Palestine Action to over 4,000. They were released with the bail conditions of ”not attending any planned or unplanned protests in support of Palestine”. This is a significant escalation in authoritarian repression towards the Palestine solidarity and anti-genocide movement. Happy halloween and free Palestine!
