German Consulate General LA

Some conversations give you plenty to think about afterwards. Our latest meeting of the EU Heads of Mission in Los Angeles with Dee Dee Myers was definitely one of them.

As Senior Advisor to Governor Gavin Newsom and Director of California’s Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), Dee Dee Myers brings decades of experience at the intersection of politics, government and business.

We had a frank, in-depth and off-the-record conversation about California’s economy, trade and investment, the transatlantic relationship and the political environment shaping all of them.

For the EU member states in Los Angeles, strengthening transatlantic trade and business ties is a key priority - and conversations like this one provide exactly the kind of insight and perspective that help us do our job.

A big thank you to Dee Dee Myers for the time, the candor and plenty of brainfood!
