Let this be your reminder that you do not have to make yourself smaller to make the world more comfortable.

Take up space. Get strong. Get loud. Build a body you feel powerful in. Not because it’s our responsibility to protect ourselves from the actions of disgusting men. It isn’t.

But because we deserve to feel strong, capable, confident, and at home in our own bodies.

And if you’re angry right now, you’re allowed to be angry.
