Turns out, the magic might actually live in the things we resist. The uncomfortable. The unfamiliar. The “absolutely not, that sounds awful” moments. This week I leaned in. First wellness retreat. Open mind, open heart… mildly suspicious. And somewhere between slowing down, moving my body, feeding myself the most wholesome goodness and surrendering to the experience, something shifted. I left with an energy I haven’t felt in a long time. Lighter. Clearer. Fuller. A beautiful reminder that resistance isn’t always a stop sign. Sometimes it’s an invitation. Growth rarely sends a comfortable invitation. But damn, it throws a good after party. ❤️✨#staycurious

Sometimes, you disappear for a while, not because you want attention, but because you want to know if anyone will notice. You stop texting first. You stop checking on people. You stop being the one who always tries to keep the conversation alive. And slowly, you realize that some connections only existed because you were the one holding them together. The hardest part isn't being alone. It's realizing how many people made you feel alone even when you were there for them. You remember all the times you showed up, listened to their problems, stayed awake to comfort them, and made sure they were okay. But when you finally go quiet, the silence tells you everything you were too afraid to admit. Maybe they never hated you. Maybe they never meant to hurt you. Maybe you just mattered less to them than they mattered to you. And that's a painful thing to accept. But please remember, your worth isn't measured by who notices your absence. You don't have to keep proving that you deserve a place in someone's life. The right people won't make you feel like your presence is something they can take for granted. Sometimes, stepping back doesn't make people come closer. It simply shows you who was willing to stay. Have you ever disappeared just to see who would notice? #relatable #overthinking #povreels #animation
She definitely heard him the first time lol
I’m not talented. I’m obsessed. They see the walkouts and the knockouts. They don’t see the work — the early mornings, the setbacks, the decision to show up when quitting would have been easier. I didn’t wait to feel ready. I decided to become ready. Back yourself. Do the work. Be obsessed.
