A recent jaunt to @atlasvine though it could aptly be named Atlas and Viiiiibes. This is Hobart's latest, genuine contender in the city's dining scene.
This little part of Liverpool Street is quickly turning into a bit of a foodie utopia.
I'll just dive right in and say everything on the menu is exquisite. I know because I ate several things off it, everything is so considered, I know that's an easy appraisal but it's true @nickkavenagh has put his soul in the food and the fit out. Everywhere you look is something created by another Tasmanian maker down to the furniture and the plates, everything has a story.

I absolutely love that that kind of mindset. When someone creates something and then involves other local creatives to help bring their vision to life. You can feel it. It's the very definition of creative community.

If you're looking for somewhere to have a cheeky wine and some delicious small and big things to eat, you need to go and check this place out. I love simple and seasonal ingredients done well and that's what you'll get.
Every mouthful is eyebrow raising in the best possible way, you know that feeling? When nobody's talking. That's what it is. Also it has something I've never once seen in a restaurant before. You'll either have to slide all the way to the end or go in, look up and see for yourself.
