Our website is now live!
Sobremesa looks at food as a tool, a form of knowledge, and a lens through which questions of belonging, identity, migration, and gastronationalism can be explored.
More than a home for the project, the website is a living archive of what Sobremesa is producing, asking, and encountering as it unfolds.
Here you’ll find content emerging from our residencies and meta-research; writings and stories produced by artists, journalists, creatives, and members of the consortium; documentation of our public programmes; and the activities shaping the project across Europe.
The archive will continue to grow as the project does.
Sobremesa is a transnational project co-funded by the European Union and initiated by @fixinart @foodhacklab, @lisbonartweekend, and @reversocollettivo, with artistic direction by @_aikuiye_
The website is curated by @reversocollettivo, in collaboration with @propp.it.
