Blaah.

Kirjoitin tästä pidemmän tekstin blogiin (valeaiti.fi), kokeile jaksatko ottaa vähän hitaamman tekstin haltuun.

Ja kerro alla paras vinkkisi!!

Artist Appreciation Post: Ali Fazal ❤️

One month of Mirzapur: The Film today—and somehow, the celebrations still feel incomplete without a little Guddu Pandit-style bhaukaal.

Ali, we’ve watched you carry Guddu through rage, revenge, heartbreak and enough chaos to emotionally exhaust an entire city. But we’ve also watched you beyond the screen—laughing with the PAB team, stopping for photographs, making everyone feel included and, most importantly, feeding us cake. Guddu believes in badla; Ali believes in dessert. Much healthier. 😉

Then he pretends he didn’t get emotional during the cake cutting.
Ali, we have the footage. 😂

And perhaps that’s why this BTS feels so personal. It holds both sides of your journey: the actor who disappears completely into Guddu Pandit, and the person who returns after “cut” with all his warmth, humour and generosity intact.
The country sees Guddu—the anger, the swagger, the larger-than-life presence. I see Ali, the curiosity, the vulnerability, the anxiety , and yet the courage to show up and give everything, every single time.
One month later, the numbers are worth celebrating, the cake is long gone, but the pride—and the emotional evidence—aren’t going anywhere.

While the world celebrates Guddu, my privilege has been knowing Ali—the gravitas behind the presence, the resilience behind the success, and the gentleness behind it all.

And to Sajid, Netra and Wasim, thank you for making our lives easy and a lot more fun. None of this would have possible without you guys.

With so much pride,
Kanika & Team PAB
