Two years ago today, the Lord spoke so clearly to me….

Not audibly, but in a way that was so undeniable, I knew it was Him. I’ll never forget that moment.

On October 18, 2024, a mutual friend connected us with the owners of this beautiful white farmhouse. The home wasn’t on the market. It wasn’t even for sale and we were interested in moving but not in a place where we were seriously looking at that time.

As we walked into the master bedroom, I noticed a crib. And in that moment, I felt the Lord so clearly tell me, “This is your home, and you will bring a baby home to this room.” Again, it wasn’t audible but it was so clearly impressed upon my heart. So much so, that I took a picture to remember this moment.

What makes this story even sweeter is that the owners had grown children, in college and older. There was no reason for a crib to be in that room. It just so happened that their house sitter had a baby, and the crib was there for them. The exact day we walked through.

Ten months later, in the summer of 2025, we moved into that very farmhouse.

And here we are, exactly two years after this moment, in the fall of 2026. Not only are we living in the home the Lord showed me, but we’re expecting a sweet baby who will come home to this very room.

I still get chills thinking about it.

Sometimes the Lord gives us little glimpses of what He’s doing long before we can see how it will all come together and other times we simply have to trust his heart when we can’t see his hand.

His timing, provision and plans never cease to amaze me 🤍Thank you God for all you’ve done and yet to do. You make everything new.

@brabus and @mattias_gollin rolled through Paris in something extraordinary. Did you happen to catch it?

During Paris Fashion Week, a collaborative BRABUS and Mattias Gollin SUPERBLACK G800 was seen within the city, hidden under a co-branded car cover. The truck was far from stock; beyond the BRABUS upgrade, the G-Wagen was absolutely covered in crystals and pearls, with whimsical "writing" across the car in just the right spots.

The car was seen for the weekend and has disappeared since. Is this a new collaboration in the works?

Claude just changed where your AI work happens. Did you check what that means for your business?

👉🏼 From 6 October, new Cowork tasks on Pro and Max run in Anthropic’s cloud. The local-only option has been removed. Existing local tasks can still be completed on your computer.

It’s a reminder to ask: if your AI provider changes a feature you rely on, what happens to the setup you’ve spent months building? 🫠

Here’s how we structure ours at @ai_herway

👉🏼 Our operating instructions live in GitHub: agent roles, reusable skills, workflows, quality checks and approval rules. We can review changes and keep a history of how the system evolves.

👉🏼 Our business context, tasks, drafts and decisions live in Notion, where the team can find the work and review what happens next.

👉🏼 The AI tools execute the tasks.

✅ We still use cloud services.
✅ Changing tools still takes adaptation and testing.
✅ But our documented workflows and standards give us a starting point we can carry forward.

I want the way my business works to outlast whichever AI tool we’re using this month.

Comment OSMAP and I’ll send you my AI Operating System Map, including the four layers and governance tiers. 🩷
