🌮 Birria tacos: the shortcut you need to know
Chili Maven's MILD & SMOKY salsa macha! It already has ancho, guajillo, pasilla and garlic in it, so half the work is done before you start.
Rub half a jar onto beef short ribs and braise until they fall apart. Fry the tortillas in the fat, fill, fold and crisp. Then dunk them in the consome. Add mozzarella and you've got a quesabirria.
Save this one for the weekend, when you need a hangover cure!
