Lower B ➡️➡️
Slight cues in the captions🤞🏻

Trap Bar RDL
Loading the hinge without turning it into a lower-back movement. Hips back, lats tight, and control the stretch.

The goal here is tension, not just moving the most weight possible. Not losing position and feel🤌🏼

Front-Foot Elevated Reverse Lunge — Front Rack
The elevation gives me a little more range while the front rack forces me to stay stacked and controlled. Big focus on owning the bottom position.

Trying to make every rep look the same. Balance, depth, and control before adding more load

Arsenal Single-Leg Hip Press
One side at a time so there’s nowhere for imbalances to hide. Keep the pelvis square and let the working leg do the work.

This is one of those movements where slowing it down makes a huge difference for me. Much easier to actually feel the working side doing its job through the entire upper leg

Lying Hamstring Curl
Simple movement, but easy to butcher. Eccentric stays controlled.

Drop set, why not

Seated Calf Raise
Not just bouncing through reps. Full stretch at the bottom, hard contraction at the top.

45° Back Extension
Using the glutes and hamstrings to drive most of the rep, then finishing with a small amount of controlled spinal extension to get the erectors involved too.
