Next station: Stretch central 😜🧘‍♀️

Lululemon brought a little calm to the morning with a yoga session aboard the Palm Monorail, overlooking the sea and Atlantis. Think gentle stretches, serene surroundings and the perfect start to the day.

Last sunrise of October 🫶🏻

My account might look like rainbows and sunrises, but let’s keep it real… October has been a tough one.

I was supposed to be away every weekend in October. In reality, I’ve only managed one trip. I even had flights booked and airport parking paid for, but I just couldn’t make it.

I didn’t make my own birthday meal.

And that’s the reality sometimes. You can have all the plans in the world, but life and your mental health don’t always let you follow through.

Social media might show the beautiful sunrises, the rainbows and the smiles, but behind those pictures there’s a real person having real struggles.

And that’s okay. Not every month is going to be full of adventures, achievements and ticking things off the list.

So here’s to the last sunrise of October, a cold dip, a fresh perspective and remembering that even after the toughest months, the sun still rises.

Today is Halloween fest at @fabrikmadrid and I am playing in @codebyfabrik room after @charlottedewittemusic 🖤
My set will be filmed and published on my YouTube channel like the one from @photon_klockworks we filmed in Lyon in September.

I hope to see you on the dance floor 🤗
