A week ago I headlined @misfitsboxing against Joey Essex this was the last round. Wanted to share these moments of men together, believing they could do something, led by Stuart Lammers. A man who helped save my marriage, my life, taught me to fight, rebuilt me when I was on my knees broken. Coming back to the corner after the 3rd I told Stu “I’m done, I’m finished, I’m f%^&ed.” I was broken, felt like I had absolutely nothing left. He tells me the mind gives up long before the body. It’s lying to you. He still expects us to work when we’re broken. That’s how you find out what you’ve actually got. Men need other men around them. A proper tribe. Blokes who sharpen you, push you, give you confidence and make you want to be better. There’s real power in that. We’ve all got heart in us, most of us just need to find it. You need to find it. I’ve been through the addiction, the mental health battles, the times when everything felt too much and I’ve sobbed feeling weak and pathetic. But the people who go through life’s proper struggles, the dark days, the mental health stuff, and still keep fighting to get better they’re some of the strongest people out there. When I watch this back I’m inspired by the man I see. I’m proud of him. If you’re struggling, that’s what you need right now – something to be proud of. You’ve got fight in you. Don’t give up. Give it everything you’ve got. Show heart. Thank you @nicholaswhiting85 @theacademyboxingclub @djcarloss1 @dir.lukeadams @dazncombat & LAMMERS!
Rüdiger scores the winner, then performs sujood with Konaté. 🤲🏽⚽️ Real Madrid defenders @toniruediger and @ibrahimakonate performed sujoud together after Rüdiger scored the dramatic late winner in the club’s Champions League comeback against Roma. Madrid were trailing 3-1 in the 83rd minute before scoring three times in seven minutes to turn the match around.

When @diego Boneta's friends heard he would take on the challenge of playing authoritarian leader, Fidel Castro, onscreen, they were adamant: “Don’t play Fidel. It’s way too risky. He’s our Hitler. Don’t do it.” The actor had been cast in the film ‘Killing Castro,’ which also stars Al Pacino and premiered at the Tribeca Festival this summer. But despite the warnings—or maybe because of them—Boneta did it anyway. American audiences might know Boneta for playing lighter roles in 2012’s ‘Rock of Ages’ or in 2015’s ‘Scream Queens,’ but the Mexican heartthrob was excited by the challenge of embodying the Communist dictator with a complicated history. And given that he's no stranger to playing real-life characters (he last starred as the Mexican singer Luis Miguel in the hit Netflix series of the same name), he understood the responsibility of the role in front of him. “From the very beginning, I knew what this meant—how serious it was for what Fidel represents,” he says. “It’s the biggest challenge I’ve ever had as an actor, and also the most rewarding one. But I didn’t know that when I first decided to jump in.” For Hispanic Heritage Month, Boneta sat down with ELLE to talk about the acting, history, and dialect training he underwent to channel the Cuban dictator. 🎬 ( Hurmat ) is a powerful story of dreams, boundaries, honour and the courage to question them. It shows how restrictions slowly become a way of life for women. Some dreams demand a price. From the pen of Kashif Anwar (Sabaat, Neem) and directed by Nadeem Siddique, comes Hurmat — a journey of a girl who is kept like a prisoner in her own home by her own father. Hurmat (Dananeer Mobeen) is an ambitious young girl from a conservative family who is not even allowed to look at the sky freely, let alone go to university. Her father (Ali Tahir) stops her every dream. But Hurmat wants to fly, to study, to live her own identity. When she moves to a modern city for her higher education, her life changes. There she meets her class fellow (Shahveer Jafry) — love, friendship and new challenges begin. Veteran Javed Sheikh becomes the person who helps her take her first step into the outside world. A woman gets a surname twice — once at birth, and again after marriage. But what is Hurmat's own identity? Will Hurmat find the courage to spread her wings and fly? Will society let her dream? HUM TV Presentation Writer: Kashif Anwar Director: Nadeem Siddique Producer: Momina Duraid Productions Cast: Dananeer Mobeen as Hurmat Shahveer Jafry as Class Fellow / Love Interest Ali Tahir, Javed Sheikh, Anoushay Abbasi, Mohammad Ahmed, Farah Hussain & Others Timing: Coming Soon — Only on HUM TV @instagram please fix my reach and insight lb @Pak_edits112 @instagram please unfreeze my account. @humtvpakistanofficial @dananeer.m @shahveer.jafry #hurmat #humtv #dananeermobeen #shahveerjafry #dramaedits
