Registration is now open for Adult Mental Health First Aid!
Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults.
Participants will learn how to recognize concerns, begin a supportive conversation, provide appropriate initial assistance and connect someone with professional, community or self-help resources.
Saturday, October 10, 2026 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. ET Live, interactive virtual training
Early registration is $129 through September 20. Standard registration is $149 beginning September 21.
Registration closes October 2. Space is limited and required self-paced coursework must be completed before the live session.
