Different people come to Living Your Truth Coaching and Consulting for different reasons.

Some are athletes working on confidence, focus, and performance under pressure.

Some are professionals trying to manage competing demands without burning themselves out.

Some are leaders looking for more clarity in how they lead and make decisions.

And some are simply navigating a season of change and trying to figure out what comes next.

The support does not have to look the same for everyone.

Sometimes it is therapy. Sometimes it is mental performance work, coaching, or consultation.

The starting point is understanding what you need and what kind of support fits where you are right now.

Perfection isn’t the standard. It’s the stall. Done and honest beats flawless and unpublished. What are you holding back until it’s “perfect”?

This week’s theme: SHOW UP. 💙💚
I’m committing to showing up even when I overthink it, feel uncomfortable, or want to wait until everything is perfect.

Showing up is a practice. Each time we follow through, we give ourselves another reason to trust that we can.

What have you been waiting to feel ready for? Take one step this week.

Who’s showing up with me? 👇🏽

30 days to go.

Before you focus on doing more, it may be worth getting clear on where all that effort is taking you.

The December Beyond Talent: The A.C.E. Framework℠ webinar begins with the first part of the framework:

Alignment: Direction Before Achievement

We’ll talk about the values, priorities, and direction behind performance, and how to become more intentional about where your time, attention, and energy are going.

Because talent can create opportunity, but clarity helps determine what you do with it.
