2 months agoThis is so good, right, and true! Words matter! Let’s use them to build up and not to tear down. We are each accountable to God in this very way!
2 months agoWe don’t NEED a bigger team in order to accomplish Gods will. His Will is accomplished with or without us. We get to take part in it, but He doesn’t NEED us. I think a lot of what we are seeing these days is what Paul commanded us to do. Call out false teachers and up hold others who claim to be believers who are living contrary to the gospel.
2 months agoI’m not sure that we actually are all on the same team anymore. There are a lot of people out there professing Jesus that support the inhumane things that are happening in our country today. That is not Jesus, that is manufactured religious view driven by comfort and greed.
2 months agoThere's something overlooked here. I've stepped away from the church. Not because I'm critical. Because I realized these people aren't on my team. Somewhere along the way, they started defending horrid political agendas and conveniently ignored what the Bible teaches (when that ignoring serves their personal pursuits). My withdrawal isn't judgment. It's deciding to stand firm on the team I've always played for. Now I'm waiting to see if the rest of my old teammates have an awakening.
