Comment RESPECT and I’ll save you a seat in my free masterclass. Six regrets. One root. I wanted to be liked more than I wanted to be respected. It showed up in who I hired, who I partied with, how I priced, and how I spent. The day I chose respect over approval, everything in my business changed.

Wildfires in Central Kalimantan have left burning embers smoldering beneath the surface of peatlands. This makes the fires difficult to extinguish, as the embers can continue burning underground even when no flames are visible on the surface. The footage was shared by Asrul Putra Nanda, who witnessed volunteers from Rescue Rumah Zakat Kalbar battling the blaze in Palangka Raya on Monday night (October 12). He also encouraged the public to keep Central Kalimantan in their prayers. 💔💔💔 [via: @asrulputrananda]
What does it mean to show up for someone? Sometimes it’s a friend who stays on the phone. A teacher who notices something is off. A counselor, mentor or parent who knows when to listen. And sometimes, it’s a community coming together to make sure more young people have somewhere to turn. Last night, Founder @selenagomez hosted the 4th annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit to celebrate the people and organizations doing exactly that. We are proud to support the Rare Impact Fund through our commitment to donate 1% of sales to the Fund, helping advance its work alongside 30 nonprofit partners across five continents Preaching more than 3.5 million young people each year. A special thank you to our sponsors - @ultabeauty @pacsun @lululemon @afterpayusa @batchandbox @disney @uclahealth @beis @fabitfun @tajinusa @diageo @paradisespringswinery @alaskaair @daveshotchicken- for making this night possible, and to @seanhayes @itsbellakayyy @leonbridges @rae.sada for sharing their time and talent with us. Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to show up for young people around the world. We all need someone. We can all be that someone.❤️
